We encourage you to follow government guidance and wear a face covering before and after the event; particularly inside Race HQ and when you cannot maintain 2m distancing such as queuing for the toilets and in the wave formations.

Ensure you make good use of the race village facilities and make use of toilets before entering the start area. Please do not relieve yourself during the race.

All marshals and staff will also follow government guidance regarding face coverings.

Please limit the number of belongings you bring to the event and if possible leave anything in a car.  This is in order to reduce contact between runners, staff and volunteers. There will be a secure (Manned) bag drop area within the event village for runners who need it. Should you need to use this service please label your belongings according to your bib number before stowing. Shrewton Running club cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of property.

You will see clear signage around the event village, please follow all signage and instructions from the marshals before, during and after the race.

First aiders will be available at Race HQ and throughout the race route.

We ask that you stay hydrated before the event and if you are able to, please bring your own water. Bottles and camelbacks are permitted.

If you need to overtake on the course please give a wide berth of at least 1 meter around any runners or members of the public.

Spitting and nasal clearance during the race is not permitted.

At the hydration station (Finish) you can either refill your own bottle from our jerry cans (hand sanitiser provided) or grab a plastic free cup.

Do not stop within the finish chute. Please continue past the finish line and head back to race HQ to collect your medal.

With the exception of Race HQ the event is entirely outside.
